Do NOT feed any wildlife.
Tents and temporary structures are not permitted.
Children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian in all common areas at all times.
Wet bathing suits, uncovered torsos, and bare feet are prohibited in all indoor amenities.
No vehicle maintenance or fluid changes are permitted onsite.
Only CLASS A and SUPER C motorcoaches are permitted for overnight stay.
Discharging firearms, pistols, rifles, air pistols, and fireworks is strictly prohibited.
Any and All wood burning is prohibited.
Please park your vehicles without blocking sidewalks or walkways.
Clotheslines are not permitted.
All pet owners are required to pick up and dispose of pet waste.
Pets must remain leashed while outside of your lot.
Pets are not permitted in Clubhouse, Pool Areas, Sports Courts, and Recreational Areas.
Please keep pets away from water’s edge for safety.
All pet owners are required to provide vaccination records at check in.
Payments and Deposits
100% of the cost of stay is due at the time of booking, whether done online, by phone, or in person.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file at the office during your stay for incidentals. Olde Florida Motorcoach Resort is authorized to change your card for any pending amounts during your stay.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds issued for early check-out.
Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance of scheduled stay will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 14-60 days prior to scheduled stay will receive a 50% refund.
Any cancellation within 14 days of scheduled arrival date isnot eligible for a refund.
In the event of tropical storm or hurricane, future credits may apply IF there is mandatory evacuation made by Hendry County, FL EOC. No refunds will be provided due to the discomfort of nature.
