Olde Florida is ideally located in LaBelle, Florida near the very best Southwest Florida has to offer. We’re 58.7 miles from Naples to the south, 22 miles from Fort Myers to the west, and 90.6 miles from Sarasota to the north. You’ll have access to the legendary beaches, shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and cultural attractions that make Southwest Florida an ideal motorcoach destination.

Our plan includes a total of 440 motorcoach sites. Some offer beautiful lakefront views, while others offer cozy garden views. Rectangular sites are typically 50’ W x 100’ D and typical waterfront pie-shaped sites measure out at approximately 85’ Water x 100‘ Depth x 39’ Frontage. Motorcoach sites at Olde Florida start at $225,000+/- and are priced up to $475,000+/-. Owners may also want to add an optional Casita Mini-Home to their site, which are priced (base price) between $452,000 and $594,000 and offer between 535 and 800 square feet of air-conditioned space. There are four Casita models to choose from with features and options that can be customized to your tastes and requirements. Features include full kitchens, bedrooms, baths, living areas and laundry. Options include expanded square footage, second-floor lofts, golf cart garages, luxurious outdoor living and dining areas, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and fire pits, TVs, and roll-down screens. Yep! Well-crafted Tiki Huts and other structures with outdoor kitchens and grilling areas are permitted. To ensure top-quality and aesthetics that align with Olde Florida standards, all independent plans must be submitted for approval prior to any construction. We are also happy to provide you with complete plans, options and building services for these structures.

Yes. We are currently accepting reservations for our Grand Opening Season. You can book your vacation online at OFMCR.com or call 833.653.3352 and we’ll take care of everything for you.

For vacation reservations, 100% of the cost of your stay is due at the time of booking. A valid credit card is also kept on file during your stay for incidentals, and Olde Florida Motorcoach Resort is authorized to charge your card for any pending amounts during your stay.

Bookings cancelled 60 days or more from the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled 14-60 days from the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Any booking cancelled less than 14 days from the scheduled arrival date is not eligible for a refund. In the event of tropical storm or hurricane, future credits may apply IF there is mandatory evacuation made by Hendry County, FL EOC. No refunds will be provided due to the discomfort of nature.

We currently accept Class A and Super C motorcoaches that are a minimum of 33’ in length and in good, well-maintained condition. All owners and guests must supply clear and detailed photos of their motorcoach – 1 showing the front, 1 showing each side, and 1 showing rear of the vehicle. Motorcoaches that are judged to be in poor condition due to dents, dings, rust, aging, or any other reason may be denied access to Olde Florida Motorcoach Resort. No commercial advertising or wrapping of any kind is permitted.

We’ve designed Olde Florida to rival any luxury resort. Center to it all is our spectacular 15,000 +/- square-foot Clubhouse, featuring a stunning resort pool and “Flip-Flops”, our poolside bar serving up crafted cocktails, ice-cold beer, and delicious casual bites. The Clubhouse also features a whirlpool spa, sundeck, wellness/fitness center, dining room, “Scoops” ice cream parlor, waterfront fire pits, and more. There’s also an outdoor movie theater with an adjacent Food Truck Park and world-class sports complex featuring 8 pickleball courts, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, bocce, horseshoes, and shuffleboard. For your furry family members, Olde Florida offers 2 dog parks. Coming in Phase II, we’ll add an adults-only pool.

Yes, to ensure Olde Florida remains a premier motorcoach resort, there will be POA fees for grounds and facilities maintenance. Thanks to careful planning and long-standing relationships, we have managed to keep POA fees to just $1,582.62/quarter.

Olde Florida is brand new and planned to be as worry free for owners and guests as possible. The resort features brand-new underground fiber, free Wi-Fi throughout the resort, brand-new underground city water and sewer, natural gas and all power pedestals are brand-new and state-of-the-art. You will not find a more advanced or well-planned motorcoach community anywhere.

Absolutely! Following the purchase of your site, you are welcome to begin leasing your site to other motorcoach enthusiasts. In fact, our management team will be happy to take the reins and handle everything for you. Leave it to us or feel free to manage vacation rentals yourself.

Southwest Florida is one of America’s golfing meccas. Public courses and private clubs, you’ll find plenty of championship options in Fort Myers and Naples. Close by Old Corkscrew Club in Estero and River Hall Golf Club in Alva are great choices.

The beaches of Fort Myers are just 40 miles from the resort and it’s just under 50 miles to Sanibel Island with the beaches of Naples less than 60 miles away. If you love beach days, there are plenty of choices. Shelling, dog beaches, quiet state parks – it’s all within 60 +/- miles.

For everyday conveniences, there’s a Publix Supermarket, Winn Dixie, Target, and Walmart Superstore within minutes of Olde Florida. For those shopping sprees, Third Street and 5th Avenue are 60 miles away in Naples, and downtown Fort Myers is a hub of charming local shops, just over 20 miles away.

Fort Myers and Naples are cultural hotspots with the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall and the Gulfshore Playhouse. Plus, the Southwest Florida Symphony and Naples Philharmonic are always putting on fantastic performances. Music, theater, galleries, museums – Olde Florida makes it easy to enjoy many of the best cultural opportunities in Florida.

Southwest Florida is a natural wonderland offering an incredible array of outdoor pursuits. Paddleboard along Tarpon Bay in Sanibel (50 miles away) on the lookout for dolphins, rays, and manatees. Kayak down the Great Calusa Blueway Paddling Trail from Caloosahatchee Regional Park, just 6.8 miles away. Go for a bike ride through Lover’s Key State Park in Fort Myers (53 miles away).
